As we provide only digital downloadable products, They are all Non-returnable items : i.e

• Downloadable software products

Refunds (if applicable)

If you have any kind of issues with your purchase. or You have been charged and do not see your product in your user panel. Please contact us at the earliest. If our agent found them to be refundables, then you will get refunded within 2 working days.

The Refund terms are as follows :

• You must complain within 2 days from the date of your transaction.
• You must provide a transaction ID when you raised a complain.
• You can access your account and you do not see your purchase in your Purchase list.
• Your bank statement shows that your transaction is successful.
